TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – ByFusion is a company Tucson has been working with for years to turn hard-to-recycle plastic waste into things like construction-grade building blocks.
All of those hard-to-recycle plastics that have been collected needed to be transported all the way to California to be processed, but they’ll soon be produced at a building here.
It’s a start to a major expansion of the program, but the way things are now leaves some hesitant about the program’s future…
