Governor Katie Hobbs Promotes Opportunity and Security in Arizona Promise Tour, Focuses on Border Security and Childcare Costs

On her statewide Arizona Promise Tour, Governor Katie Hobbs has laid out a clear vision for opportunity, security, and freedom in Arizona, focusing on apprenticeship programs, border security funding, childcare cost reductions, and collaborative water management strategies. In southern Arizona, Hobbs underscored her commitment to workforce development through the BuildItAZ Initiative and highlighted an injection of over $100 million to bolster local law enforcement and border security efforts, according to the Office of the Arizona Governor.
