PHOENIX (AZFamily) — For years veterinarians have been grappling with major staffing shortages, and veterinary technicians have been especially hard to come by.
“Most technicians or quite a few technicians leave on average between five to seven years after being in the field,” said Jenn Serling with the Arizona Certified Veterinary Technician Association.
