Sonoran Institute optimistic about future of Santa Cruz River

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Nonprofits are continuing work to restore the Santa Cruz River and designate it as a National Urban Wildlife Refuge.

One of those nonprofits is the Sonoran Institute, which is celebrating its 35th birthday.
