Reward offered after men walk away from Tucson halfway house

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – For the third time in less than five months, a halfway house in Tucson had an inmate walk away from the facility.

88-CRIME is now offering up to $1,000 rewards for information leading to the arrest of Tyrell Kester and Javier Rudy Leon, who both escaped earlier this month.
