Pima County deputies Jon Iniguez, Jesus Rodriguez, and Jorge Escamilla were honored by the Northwest Fire District on Tuesday for saving a person’s life following a crash near River and La Cañada on Jan. 18. The NWFD said the deputies arrived on the scene, suppressed a fire, and pulled the driver from the vehicle. For their efforts, they received the NWFD’s Community Life Saving Award.
