TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – It was an afternoon of honors and celebration at this year’s Catalina Council’s Good Scout Awards Luncheon at the TCC in downtown on Friday, May 2nd.
The event recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a significant impact in Southern Arizona, embodying the principles of leadership, service, and integrity.
This year’s Good Scout Award honoree is retired Colonel Rico Rodriguez, who’s story is the stuff of legends.
