TUCSON, Ariz. — A crash on Interstate 10 in Tucson claimed the lives of a mother and her 11-year-old son on the evening of June 1.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the crash happened near milepost 257 in the westbound lanes and involved three vehicles. One vehicle had been in a non-injury crash and was partially blocking the #1 lane. A second vehicle had pulled over on the median shoulder to help.
