Saying Goodbye to Backyard Swimming Pools

Tucson resident Gilbert Guillen could have made his swimming pool operational again but didn’t want to spend the water, time and money to do so. He had it filled with nearly 20,000 pounds of soil and the surface is now an extension of his backyard.
