TUCSON, AZ (AZFamily) — Two Arizona brothers decided to give away money they had saved to those who need it more than them, and that is Something Good!
Fifteen-year-old Max and 18-year-old Pedro Contreras recently stopped by The Salvation Army Tucson Hospitality House to help feed those staying in the shelter. The brothers say they realized how lucky they are and wanted to do more for others.
Max says he had been saving money gifted to him from his father, and though the money would be put to better use through The Salvation Army. Max then went to the hospitality house and donated $800, asking that it go directly toward feeding people in need…
