Tucson, AZ (August 5, 2025) —With over 2000 guests in attendance for the first two Food Truck Roll Up events, it’s a sure bet that it will continue to attract an ever-growing number of diners eager to explore all that the Tucson Food Truck culture has to offer. Located in one convenient location at the AVA Amphitheater at Casino del Sol, the Roll Up features an ever-evolving selection of primo mobile eateries featuring everything from Lamb to Lemonade, Steak and Sushi, and so much more. Beginning on Thursday, August 9, the Food Truck Roll Up will take place every first Thursday through the end of the year: Sept. 4, Oct. 2, Nov. 6, Dec. 4.
Admission is free. Each event will feature a mix of returning and new food trucks and live music, and begins at 7 pm at Casino Del Sol’s AVA Amphitheater located at 5655 W. Valencia Rd.
