TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man died when he was hit by a palm tree while trimming it in the Tucson area on Thursday, Aug. 7.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said 40-year-old Javier Palafox was struck by a large section of the tree after it unexpectedly broke while he was trimming it.
The PCSD said it happened around 11:30 a.m., and Palafox died at the scene…
