TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man is facing charges after being arrested for breaking windows at a local preschool and forcing it into lockdown.
The Tucson Police Department says the incident happened Tuesday, Aug. 12, at a preschool in the 3600 block of East 3rd Street.
