TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Keeping University of Arizona students and staff safe, learning from previous mistakes, the University of Arizona Police Department held a special training session with guest speaker Kathleen Meixner, the wife of University of Arizona professor Thomas Meixner, who was shot and killed on campus in October 2022.
