Tucson Residents Invited to Share Input on Housing and Public Safety at Upcoming Community Budget Forums

The City of Tucson will hold a series of in-person forums called ‘The Housing Equation’ to collect community feedback for the fiscal year 2027 budget. The forums will focus on topics such as housing, homelessness, and public safety. City officials aim to gather input from residents on these issues.

Eight forums are scheduled for November 2025 across five city wards. Each event will have a maximum of 60 participants, and advance registration is required. Residents should register for only one session, as all forums will cover the same material. The events will include budget information, expert panels, and roundtable discussions.

The schedule lists sessions in Ward 1 at the Fred Archer Center on November 10, Ward 5 at Second Sky Children’s Center on November 12, and Ward 3 at Donna Liggins Center on November 19. Wards 2 and 4 will have a joint session on November 17, with the location to be announced. Ward 6’s forum will be at Randolph Center on November 21.
