TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Around 1:15 p.m. Friday, October 24, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department responded to a crash at East River Road and North Craycroft Road.
PCSD says that a male driver operating a dump truck with a trailer was going southbound on Craycroft Road with a green traffic signal, while a female driver, identified as 35-year-old Elizabeth Ann Pray, in a sedan was going northbound on Craycroft Road.
Investigators say Pray made an improper left turn and failed to yield to oncoming traffic at East River Road…
