The developer of the controversial Project Blue proposal in Pima County has submitted two applications to acquire land for a 600-acre data center campus in a town north of Tucson.
Beale Infrastructure, through a subsidiary Fremont Peak Properties, LLC, is looking to develop a data center campus in north Marana on two plots of land that measure about 300 acres each. That’s according to Jason Angell, development services director of Marana.
