TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Oro Valley Police Department says officers arrested eleven suspects during a two-day operation to crack down on retail theft.
The OVPD says they used research and crime trends to identify where local businesses were experiencing high levels of Organized Retail Theft.
