Former Arizona teacher sentenced to prison for child exploitation

TUCSON, Ariz. — A former Tucson high school teacher has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison after pleading guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.

James Badger, a former teacher, was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and two decades of probation for two counts of child exploitation of a minor under 15. The sentencing took place at Pima County Superior Court, where Judge Casey McGinley presided.
