TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department needs the public’s help to find a missing vulnerable adult.
The TPD says 73-year-old Kwisebura Munyagitari was last seen in the area of 29th Street and Swan.
He is described as 5′9′ and 150 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes…
