TUCSON, Ariz. — Firefighters in southern Arizona helped rescue a German Shepherd dog Monday evening that was pinned underneath a vehicle.
The Tucson Fire Department reported responding to a car crash near Spanyard Court and Golf Links Road that involved a dog being struck by two vehicles. The fire department said crews found the animal scared and trapped under one of the cars.
Crews managed to safely release the dog and the animal’s injuries appeared to be minor. The dog was taken to a veterinarian for evaluation, the fire department said…
