TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A mural by beloved Tucson artist Joe Pagac was vandalized earlier this month on the corner of North Fourth Avenue and East Stevens Avenue.
The suspect is accused of jumping over a fence to access the mural, which is locked behind a gate on the side of an apartment complex.
