TUCSON, AZ (AZFamily) — A group of DJs are putting their own spin on giving back by helping people in need in southern Arizona.
The event “Deejays Against Hunger” was hosted at Santa Rita Park in Tucson, where volunteers provided free pizza, warm clothes and handmade beanies to some experiencing homelessness. The founder, Jahmar Anthony, says he usually pays for all necessities out of pocket.
