Mountain View High students could face suspension for leaving campus for protest

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Several Mountain View High students left campus to protest on Tuesday, Feb. 3, and could face suspension.

The Marana Unified School District confirmed the students left school after second hour and protested on the corner of Linda Vista and Thornydale.

The school said it was not a school-sponsored activity and “students who left campus without parental permission will be held accountable.”…
