Gilbert’s second oldest building, Clare House, is set to be at the center of a new project proposed on the Heritage District site, with both commercial and restaurant uses.
Last month, the town’s Redevelopment Commissioners reviewed plans for the project, dubbed “Clare House Social”, brought forth by the new owner of the 0.19 acre site, Tucson restaurateur Nathan Ares.
