TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – For the third time since Friday, authorities are investigating a homicide at a homeless encampment in southern Arizona.
On Thursday, Feb. 5, the Sierra Vista Police Department said someone was found dead at a homeless camp near Walmart.
