With its new, exterior “sally port” in place, the town of Oro Valley has completed a 22-month, $3.1 million project to expand and improve its court facilities.
Town leaders cut the ribbon on the Oro Valley Town Court project Feb. 2, with members of the town council, Oro Valley Judge James Hazel, and jurists from the region and state marking the occasion.
“This expansion and remodel are more than a physical improvement,” Mayor Joe Winfield told the dedication audience. “They reflect the thoughtful investment in safety, efficiency and the fair administration of justice in Oro Valley.”…
