PHOENIX (AZFamily/13 News) — The Southern California man allegedly behind a ransom note hoax in the Nancy Guthrie case appeared in federal court in Tucson on Thursday.
Derrick Callella appeared in federal court in southern Arizona on one count of intent to transmit a demand for ransom and one count of utilizing a telecommunications device to anonymously abuse, threaten or harass a person.
On Feb. 6, he appeared in a Santa Ana, California, courtroom for his initial appearance, where he was released on a $20,000 bond, according to CBS News…
