TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Yesterday’s rain has cleared out for a dry and cool Valentine’s Day. Temperatures remain below average today, with warming temperatures expected for the start of the work week. Ridging weakens as we head into Tuesday, bringing more rain chances back into our region through the end of the week. Temperatures remain near or below the seasonal average as we head into the third week of February.
