TUCSON, Ariz. — A Tucson man has been sentenced to federal prison for a human smuggling incident that ended in a fatality.
In August 2024, Samuel Lopez-Ozuna was seen transporting seven undocumented migrants in a Chevy Tahoe about five miles north of the Arizona-Mexico border near Arivaca, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Arizona.
