For more than four decades, Angel Charity for Children has played an important role in strengthening opportunities for young people throughout Pima County. Through the dedication of its all volunteer membership and the generosity of community donors, the organization has funded projects that address some of the most pressing needs facing children in Southern Arizona.
On March 4, Angel Charity for Children announced its 2026 grant recipients, committing a total of $1.179 million to ten nonprofit organizations serving children across the region. Since its founding, the organization has awarded more than $34 million through 152 projects, directly impacting the lives of over one million children.
After months of review that began in October 2025, the Charity Selection Committee evaluated applications, toured facilities, and met with nonprofit leaders to better understand the challenges facing local youth.
