TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson man was sentenced to a decade in federal prison for a crash that killed a migrant near Arivaca in 2024.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Samuel Lopez-Ozuna, 20, pleaded guilty to transportation of illegal aliens for profit, resulting in death.
