Tucson will host a one-of-a-kind event this March as the city becomes the gathering spot for treasure hunters from around the world. The Seekers Summit: International Treasure Hunting Convention & World Record Attempt takes place March 27-28 at the Tucson Expo Center, offering fans of adventure and mystery a chance to experience the excitement behind one of the most captivating treasure stories of recent times.
The summit revolves around a $2 million treasure hidden in the Rocky Mountains, a decade-long obsession, and the Netflix documentary “Gold & Greed: The Hunt for Fenn’s Treasure.” Attendees will hear firsthand from the director and producer of the documentary, as well as hunters and treasure creators who reveal stories never before shared publicly.
Beyond the presentations, participants can compete in a live treasure hunt on site, with $10,000 to $20,000 in prizes. Every participant also contributes to an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the largest treasure hunt game ever held…
