More than eight weeks after Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her Tucson, Arizona home, a retired U.S. Border Patrol chief is offering his expert assessment on the case, including where he believes the 84-year-old’s remains may possibly be.
Chris Clem, who spent 27 years in federal law enforcement and served as the chief patrol agent overseeing the Yuma sector, told The Mirror US he believes, based on publicly available information, Nancy could be “unfortunately” deceased and that her body could likely be somewhere in the Arizona desert between Tucson and the U.S.-Mexico border.
“I’m going to operate on the assumption that she’s deceased,” Clem said, voicing his personal opinions. “Unfortunately I think she’s buried somewhere in the Arizona desert, somewhere between here and the border, because there’s a reason they looked at Rio Rico at one point.” It comes after a criminal attorney revealed the 6 huge red flags in Nancy’s case that “don’t add up.”…
