Obon, the Tucson-born ramen, sushi and cocktail spot that has been steadily creeping up the I-10, is planning a 4,250-square-foot restaurant at PV, the reimagined development on the former Paradise Valley Mall site at 4568 E. The brand highlights a lively, design-forward dining room and an izakaya-style bar setup, and currently lists Valley locations in Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix alongside its flagship Tucson address.
