Recently, News 4 Tucson (KVOA) published footage and stills from a Ring camera in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood, not far away from Nancy’s home.
A masked thief is shown in the video footage wearing gloves and a baseball cap, and stealing potted cacti from a driveway. The video was taken at approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
