Douglas Builders LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, was the sole bidder on the 908 E. Sedona Place property occupied by Adam Zimerman before he passed away. Douglas Kuizema is identified on town records as signatory and member of Douglas Builders LLC. It offered to pay $270,700 in cash for the 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,371-square-foot home with a 2-car garage. Douglas Builders is accepting the property in its current condition.
