TULSA, Okla. — Lucent Valley Development, Tulsa elected officials, and members of the community celebrated the groundbreaking of a new mixed-use master-planned development on Monday afternoon.
Lucent Valley is a 54-acre development pla nned to have over 270 single-family residential lots, workforce and first-time homebuyer housing, and future commercial development for retail, dining, hospitality, and neighborhood services.
The development will be located near East 41st Street and South 129th East Avenue in Tulsa.
