OWASSO, Okla. – A 19-year-old man is in custody after allegedly leading Owasso police and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on a chase through the city Wednesday night.
Lomas Martinez was booked into the Tulsa County Jail following the pursuit, which police said reached speeds exceeding 77 mph.
