BIXBY, Okla. — At 167th Street, George Shafer describes his home as literally at the end of the line for Bixby’s water service and lately to make sure he has water, he’s taken a trip down his driveway to check on his water tank.
“This is our 1,200 gallon water tank here,” Shafer explained.
It’s a tank he installed three years ago after getting fed up with multiple instances of little to no reliable water flow…
