TULSA, Okla. — TULSA, Okla. – The City of Tulsa has announced it is developing a new Source Water Protection Plan to make sure the Eucha-Spavinaw Watershed is safe. The watershed is the source of drinking water for Tulsa and the communities it serves.
The City says the plan will establish a roadmap for protecting water quality in and around Lakes Eucha and Spavinaw before water reaches the Mohawk Treatment Plant. The plan will support the reliability and quality of the water residents use every day.
