TULSA, Okla. – Two men were arrested and a third suspect escaped after Tulsa Police interrupted an attempted copper theft at an industrial building near Apache Street and North Sheridan Road.
Officers responded to a burglary call around 11 p.m. on Oct 15 and heard noises coming from inside the building.
