TULSA, Okla. — A lawsuit filed by a Bartlesville homeowner against Lifeway Homes, a Tulsa company that sells manufactured and modular homes, has ended in a mutual agreement, the homeowner told FOX23.
Dave Keener’s lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice earlier this year, according to online court records. Keener said he was glad the case was over but did not discuss the agreement’s terms.
