TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) is seeking public assistance in identifying a person of interest. The Financial Crimes Unit of TPD is requesting the public’s input in identifying a person suspected of using a victim’s debit card information to purchase a large amount of gift cards from a local retailer.
