A Tulsa judge has lowered the bond for a man charged with murder. The judge lowered the bond for Isaac Harvey from $400,000 to $50,000. He’s one of four people charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Serenity McAdoo near the Center of the Universe in Tulsa in July of 2022.
