Monroe Nichols (D-Tulsa), who is a candidate for Tulsa Mayor, has filed legislation for his final legislative session. “The issues plaguing Oklahoma communities are not going to wait for someone else to act,” Nichols said. “Every year the legislature comes into session, and we have an opportunity to make decisions that will positively impact the citizens we serve.
