TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) reported that on Friday, January 26, a 13-year-old led police on a chase in a stolen car. TPD reported that around 3:30 P.M., officers attempted a traffic stop on a red Hyundai Elantra near 21st St. and 129th E. Ave.
