TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – State Representative Steve Bashore proposed a bill to close a legal loophole for criminals. House Bill 2946, better known as Lauria and Ashley’s Law, was filed after Ronnie Busick was released from prison on parole after serving just a few years for his role in the disappearance and murders of the Welch girls.
