Several cars parked outside of a Tulsa apartment complex are damaged after a fire broke out inside one vehicle and spread to several others. A man living in the complex says his car was caught in the flames and the damage is a total loss. Firefighters say the extremely windy weather conditions blew the flames onto the other cars.
