Forecasters say up to 3 inches of snow could fall in the Tulsa area tonight into Monday morning, causing a potentially hazardous commute Monday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from 9 p.m. tonight through noon Monday for portions of northwest Arkansas and east central and northeast Oklahoma.
